Casa Belvedere is an elegant country house set among typical Abruzzo vineyards, boasting a spectacular location and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. Finely furnished, the house is part of a larger property where the owners reside, but has its own private entrance. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room and kitchen with a fireplace and a large table that comfortably seats eight. The window offers a beautiful sea view. There is also a split-level room with a lounge area, bathroom, and double bedroom. The bathroom features Bisazza mosaic tiles and a whirlpool bathtub. Both the finishes and furnishings are of high quality. The pool, garden, and laundry facilities are shared with the villa owners.
